I thought I'd take some time to record just what the girls are eating. I know when they first started solid foods, I was completely clueless. Now that they each have 8 teeth (and I swear Audrey is starting on molars), they really can eat most anything. Now, Bryan and I are both picky, sometimes unhealthy eaters. If we eat pizza for dinner, I make sure the girls eat something a little healthier.
Breakfast:Stage 2 fruits + oatmeal. Yep, they still eat baby food!
Eggo whole wheat waffles
Scrambled eggs
Yo Baby Yogurt (I personally am in love with the Apple flavor)
Toast with a little butter and cinnamon
Pancakes
Fresh fruit (I usually buy a tub of pre-cut fruit at the grocery store that include watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, honey dew and strawberries)
Lunch:Chicke, turkey or ham deli meat (grown w/out antibiotics)
Shredded cheese
Fresh fruits
Stage 2 veggies (though they refuse the green ones now)
Gerber Graduates Mac n Cheese
Beechnut Chicken n Stars
Peanut Butter sandwhich
Grilled Cheese
Snacks: Gerber Puffs, Lil Crunchies, and Wagon Wheels
Earth's Best organic graham crackers
Cheerios
Plum Organics apple carrot fiddlesticks
Revolution Foods organic mashups
Dinner:Pretty much anything goes! We'll often give them some of what we eat, if it isn't too spicy or unhealthy.
Turkey Franks
Portobello Veggiburgers
Sweet potato fries
Annie's Organic Mac n Cheese
Tyson chicken tenders
Frozen peas & carrots (these are AWESOME)
Fresh fruit

Of course, I couldn't type out EVERYTHING that they eat - but this is a pretty good start. What are your toddlers eating??
